How are your experiences with DJI support?

I see a lot of people complain about poor customer service, and its not amazing, thats for sure, but it isnt the worst customer service. In my opinion, Nintendo has some of the best customer service, and dell has a good repair policy, them sending the replacement first, and having you send the computer back in the box that had the replacement. But DJI isnt that bad. they were helpful to me. I didnt experience any major problems so far. This is a company that deals with a technology that is incredibly fragile and prone to errors, and with such advanced tech and tons of users, im sure they get tons of repair requests. And since i know some people have had good experiences with them so i was interested in seeing how many people had positive experiences with DJI support. In my opinion, they were pretty good, there is room for improvement, but i felt like they handled it well.

i agree, that doesnt sound like a great time. there support seems very inconsistent, for example, mine wasnt amazing as i described, but it was pretty good. I bought my refurb p3 from dji and didnt have problems for a long time. and the issues i had probably werent from being a refurb unit.

Your replacement was sent out on the 22nd, you live in Canada so shipping takes a bit longer.

Maybe good idea to contact china they seems to have a good customer support center over there i hear. Or even better contact the founder of DJI  Frank Wangand to get his opinion on this in Shenzhen, China now thats a trough

To be honest ive had a very good experience with dji service so far. The admins in the forum have been exceptionly helpful. You cant blame the support team for a faulty product they dont manufacture these drones they only fix them.
I still stand behind dji product as being on the leading edge of this market.

I would have preferred answers to my problem like:

the cause of your constant signal losses is due to you being regulated by European standards.

And not : Buy another powerful device .........


when I bought my  device I innocently believed that its scope was 4 kms, what I did not  know was that it was covered by the f.......g European standards, DJI  should warn more about this matter and stop recommending buying most powerful devices ....

If I crash and break it and it's my fault, I send it to Thunderdrones to fix it, faster and cheaper and a lot easier to deal with. Only if it's a warranty issue will I bother with DJI.
