So I recently got the Osmo Mobile and when I try to do the tracking option the app crashes . tried this with my Nexus 6p running Androidn 7.0 and also with Note 5 Running android 6

Here's the list of recommended devices, your Samsung Note 5 should be fine though.

Hello sir, as Ken said, note 5 should be fine. May i know if you have your android system rooted or not? what is DJI GO APP version you installed? would you please try to delete it and re-install? Then please try another IOS phone to test it.

Despite the fact you have in that list the Galaxy S7 I assume the S7 Edge to be compatible as well, am I correct? Thanks.

Hi Vouvos, you could have a try to check whether it's working fine if convenient, but maybe there are some compatibility issues caused by the system of Samsung S7 Edge.

It sucks that we don't have 4k support and other features like the iPhone app{:4_154:}
