I am new to this so I appologize if this has been covered before but today I finished charging the battery and took my phantom 3 4k for my 5th flight. Today i powered everything up and when I was trying to use the gimbal wheel on the controller to turn the camera up and down it doesnt respond. the camera takes video and picture just fine and the c1 button changes the camera back and forth between forward facing and facing down. Is there a setting i may have inadvertently changed?

Did you remove the gimbal lock and the little foam piece prior to flight?

yes I removed them before turning the drone on.

Hello abarnes087, have you tried to turn the camera up and down through screen of APP? You could touch the screen for about 3 seconds then slide up and down.
Or you could calibrate remote and check again:

Maybe you changed the gimbal wheel speed setting in the app to very slow so the camera only moves slowly?
