worst communication, in a bad situation. You will value your partners more than the individuals who ordered directly on your site, and if this happens and the retailers will get the delivery first you will get many angry users and huge reputation damage.
How hard it is to assess the production throughput, check against the order dates and volumes, and project a delivery timeline? The only reason you dont want to do it, since you already know that those who preordered on your site thinking that you actually can delivery in mid-october will be happy if they get the drones for xmas. But you are financing the production from these people money. Super unethical, crappy client handling, unprofessional in every aspect. I can just hope that the same attitude is not infects the R&D and production units, or this company will be doomed soon. |
