Hello.

I received my Osmo Mobile 4 days ago. The product worked well until today.

When I try to turn it on, the left LED becomes solid yellow, and the right LED blinks green until becoming solid green. But there is no stabilisation, motors don't seem to work, and I can't connect with bluetooth to my iPhone 6s or my LG G4.

I tried to reset the device (pressing the trigger button + shutter button while turning it on, does not work).

I should mention that the device hasn't received any damages.

Any ideas ? Thanks.

PS : is there an official way to factory reset the DJI osmo mobile ?

Already tried to turn the device on with :
- the phone and the slim case
- the phone without the case
- no phone in the osmo mobile

with no success

Edit : Btw, it worked great with the case yesterday.

Try removing the battery leave it out for 5min and then reinsert. that fixed the issue for me once

I have the same problem, but reading other posts in the forum I found that is an issue of the Osmo detecting some phones. You have to put a duck tape in the IR phone detector in the Osmo.
