Hi all
A few months ago, my P3 standard flew away. I contacted DJI support by email. They told me the flight data uploaded from my GO app showed "a perfect landing". I queried this and wondered how the flight record, which showed no landing or location, after the signal was lost, could show that. They replied after a few days and changed their tune. They asked me to fill in a .docx format RMA form with the information I had already sent them. After more delays and emails the best they offered was a 25% discount on a new aircraft. To get this I had to go through the whole rigmarole again downloading and returning a flight analysis form in .xls format.At this stage I gave up.
A few days ago, my Epson home cinema projector developed a minor fault.
It's two years old.
I phoned a number here in the UK, spoke to a very helpful lady who gave me a customer reference number and took details of the problem.
Today (a day later) an engineer rang to arrange a time to call. He's just left, leaving behind a replacement projector with a new bulb. I'm a happy bunny.
I WILL buy Epson products in the future.
I WON'T buy DJI products in the future.
