Hello!
Today i was riding my bike and i decided to shoot something. I had this original bike mount and while i was recording, time to time osmo shut itself down completely. It has happened 4 times in a row and i decided not to shoot and i put it into my bag.
Any ideas?

To clarify, what mobile device are you using? What OS version are you running? Do you have the Go app caching footage? If so, have you tried clearing it? Do you happen to have any other programs running  in the background?

Does it shut down when you try using it normally? without a bike mount

Do you happen to recall if the LEDs completely shut off, or if they displayed some sort of LED sequence when this occurred? Do you happen to have multiple batteries to see if it's a potential battery problem?

It's most likely a connection issue, try if it happens with a different battery, if you have one.

If it still happens, please contact support@dji.com to send it in if you would like.

completely shut off, no sequence or anything. I also have multiple batteries and i will give it a try.
