Help! Aicraft Disconnected Phantom 3 Professional

Hallo DJI.
I'm here again.
Yesterday my phantom 3 professional lost the Video Signal at 50 meters from me... After that all was ok and I flew well.
Today, while I was flying 500 meters from me, I saw "Aicraft Disconnected" in the app. The Phantom did the RTH and I reboot all.
Now the radio is always disconnected from the Phantom. I tried the Linking procedure but nothing.
I saw the video recorded from the phantom and it stops in the precise moment the phantom lost the radio signal.
Now I'm trying to reconnect the radio but nothing play well.

What was matter with it?

(some months ago the same issue and my phantom was sent to be repaired to DJI)

Hmmm, you sure about that version of the DJI Go app being 3.0?!?

I just checked the downloads page to see if there was any change I missed and it is still showing iOS Version v2.9.2. and Android Version v2.9.1.

Maybe you should try uninstalling that version you have and reinstall a version from the DJI website.

As gil has stated, the latest ios dji go app is 2.9.2, android Dji go app 2.9.1

latest fw for RC is 1.6

what colour is the light on the RC/AC ?

Both lights should be green indicating the connection between the RC and the AC

Did you say the linking procedure didn't work or it didn't help.
And both aircraft/RC LED's are green and can you move the camera with the tilt wheel?
If you are linking correctly, then I would maybe send it back for repair.

Hello DJI Ken. The linking procedure didn't works. RC led remains red and the phantom didn't connect with it. The gimbal play normal but the DJI go app alerts 'gimbal disconnected'. I tried to change the sd but nothing.
The DJI go app is 3.0 for iOS. All works fine before. I controlled all connections between the phantom and the gimbal and they seem ok. When I had the disconnection the app said 'aircraft disconnected' and the phantom started the rth. The recorded video stopped in the precise time the phantom disconnected from the RC. I tried to reinstall firmware on the aircraft (1.960) but the installation aborted becouse the firmware was already on it.
When the phantom is on it slowly sounds cycling beep but all light are normal.
Any idea?

Ah... i can't move the gimbal from RC and start motors.
You said you think the phantom will be sent to repair. What exactly could be to be repaired?

I said it may need to be sent in if it was linked and there was still an issue.
What happens when you try to link?
Here's a illustration to do it manually instead of through the app, see what happens.Power on the RC and aircraft, Hold down C1 & C2, then press record and you'll hear a beep, then also press the camera settings dial and the RC will start beeping.
Then press the link button on the aircraft with a pen/paper clip and after a few seconds it should link.
You can also do it the other way around and start with the aircraft link button, then the RC buttons. It doesn't matter which one you start with.

I will try and will report results. Today I did the linking procedure many times from DJI go app. RC started beeping. When I push the linking button on the phantom nothing was matter. The phantom continued slowly beeping. All lights on it seemed absolutely normal.

If the RC light is green then you are linked and no need to re-link.
Is the RC LED Green or Red?

Hi, I had the same problem when I flew my P3P yesterday after the winter break. It RTH after barely done a minutes flight and my iPhone 5S screen turned blue and then white after which it switched off. The whole afternoon, I had to keep booting my phone because the screen was flickering and the phone kept turning off by itself. Last night, I updated ALL my phone apps including DJI Go which is now v2.9.2. The screen flickering problem seem to have gone. I tested my P3 indoor earlier (without propellers) and the camera and screen seem to be working. I will test it outdoor later to see it everything is back to normal.

Hi Morfeus, please make sure that the aircraft and RC are up to date with the latest firmware.
And you could follow below video tutorial to re-link RC with aircraft.

I don't Know how but I had tried more times and linked. I had dimounted the gimbal and control all cables.
I formatted the sim. Tried with other sims.
At the end all went good.
I switched on the phantom and it disconnected again. Then it reconnected to the RC. Then it disconnected again.
Now I bought a new sim.
I will test and will say how will gone.
Could really be the sim?

I think it's not the sim's issue.
Could you please check your rc firmware version in the DJI GO app?
Have you tried to update the aircraft firmware to latest version?

Ok I tested the phantom and the issue remains. After some minutes from the take off it lost signal, the RC became red and it return by rth. Here the screenshot of DJI go.
What to do to send to repair?
