Just bought a brand new inspire 1  controller to use with my p3p , I've done it before so I know it works .  That first I tought USB on controller is defective but I tried using USB extension and I can see power in iPad when I connect the controller but no other action in dji is possible , basically it's not communicating with tablet and it's think the firmear on controller is too old to manage latest dji app .
I've tried everything you can possibly image . Controller won't take any update either USB flash or reader .
Please I really need help

To clarify, you're tablet does not have any indication that something is connected via USB?
