Hey Everyone,

I've seen a lot of topics on this forum about Osmo having a grey-screen, but none like this.  My few-month old Osmo will not register with my phone.  I can control all of the parts of the osmo, except record.  I can connect to it via wifi and it gives me battery information, but I cannot format the SD card, get an image or even check the firmware update. I tried it with another head and it works, but not with the one that I own.  

Is this something I can troubleshoot or is my camera broken?
