Have been waiting for my ordered OSMO+ for over two weeks as this wa estimated shipping time (7-10 days) and only after 14 days i was informed it wont be shipped for at least another 15 days. On your website it now says 5-7 days estimate shipping. I asked dji online and send 2 emails to cance my order and get refund as i have other items i need for my phantom before I leave on holidays but no help there... just dumb questions to confirm my email or send screenshot of my order and no responce after I do. Do you think this is fair?
