Does the Mavic Pro or Phantom series drones have a slow pan feature while recording in flight? For example what im looking to do is pan from right to left at a fixed postion slowly over lets say a 15 mintue time span that covers 180 degrees (ie pan at constant rate of .2 degrees/s). Im sure a drones turning ability is not that precise, but even a rough pan would probably be better than anything anyone could do using manual control over such a long time.

That won't help getting a speed more suitable for timelapse, Litchi might be useful, it can make all movements much more precise than we can do manually.
