What I am confused about is that presumably the Mavic Pro is shipping today. The description states that a printed manual is included with the product. If that's the case, we should expect a downloadable version of that manual already.  Is there some reason we don't have the manual ready yet?

I don't think printed manual would be included, they never have been in prior aircraft. The manual is over 60 pages as all of the DJI aircraft are so a full manual won't be included as you can see from the "In the Box"

But the full manual will be available in the app when it's finalized.

Probably a good guess, considering the jacked-up European prices I keep hearing about.

Ken I trust someone proof read, found and fixed a few minor errors in that document.

I can't see how dji can ship the Mavic without the full manual been updated on dji go app , I see on a thread on this forum dji stores were giving out pre ordered Mavics today, surely they are not giving out the Mavic without full Manual, dji puts huge emphasis on reading and studying the manual before you fly, it seems crazy to think that they would do this..

So... If a printed manual is not included...  Seems like we are at the point where DJI needs to post the user manual online very soon.  Some customers are showing the status as "shipped".  It would not be a good situation for drones to be in the hands of customers without a user manual.

I am looking forward to reading the official manual.

You right, dji puts huge emphasis on people reading and studying manual before they fly, there would be an air of hypocrisy if they were to ship Mavic before Manual was ready to go.

The manual will be in your DJI GO app when it's complete. And you'll have the manual before you get your aircraft so nothing to worry about.

Chinese Version is ready, en is coming i guess.

Yes, official user manual in Simplified Chinese is already available for downloading from DJI MAVIC Pro download web site.

Not yet available in other languages.
