I am having problems synchronizing my flight records by the DJI app, I am using android 4.4.4 OS. If some one please help me.

I am using DJI GO v 2.8.3 (402)

android version
4.4.4

kernel
3.0.72+

I also have problems while trying to sychronize flight logs in DJI GO (Android version, GO 2.9.1, P3P).

There were some logs missing, so I deleted them all from the GO app. Subsequently, I wanted to synchronize them back (it helped me several times, when there were some logs missing.)

However after reaching 99%, the following message pops up: ''synchronizing flight records failed''. I tried it many times, and I also tried reainstalling DJI GO, but nothing changes.

All my logs are gone... Can anybody suggest me some sort of solution? Is there anybody with the same issue? Maybe it is the DJI serves problem?

What version of the DJI Go app are you running?

Are you syncing your flight logs through an in home WiFi or via cellular data? Since you deleted them from the Go app, have you tried reinstalling the Go app altogether?

GO 2.9.1 (Android version). Tab is a Nexus 7 II (Android version: 5.1).

I tried it at a home wifi.

I tried reinstalling the GO app, but I still have the problem...

It's most likely a temporary server problem, it would be helpful to see if it works on a phone with cellular data for further troubleshooting. How long have you been at it?

Having the latest app would help to ensure that it's communicating properly.

I have also tried it with a Xiaomi MI 4i phone (Android 5.0.2, DJI GO 2.8.3), without success, synchronizing fails.

I am having the problem for 2-3 days. So if it is a server issue, it is quite a long standing one, hope DJI fixes it asap.

I am having the problem with the 2.9.1 GO, so upgrading won't fix your issue...

Mine is doing the exact same thing.  4 days straight now I cannot sync.

Just for further troubleshooting, has anyone tried using an iOS device or at least can get temporary access to one to test? Any further input would be appreciated.

Yes, it does work on my IOS 10 device - just not on my android.

I am having the same trouble - tried 3 different Android devices and 2 different IOS devices.
Some records are just gone but the max distance from the last flight is displayed even though the flight itself is nowhere to be seen on Android.
On the Android devices I am missing only the last flights (9/27/2016) and the sync indicates "failed".
On the IOS, several flights are missing along with the last max distance are gone.
This has been going on for 10 days or so for me.

I have installed DJI GO app for first time on Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.0 w Android 5.0.2 and wish to use it w Phantom 3 4K.
Have numerous flights w iPhone 6 Plus.  Am able to sync flights w iPhone to the DJI cloud w/o problem but unable to sync flights from DJI
cloud to the android tablet.  Is that possible?  Or, (maybe a dumb question) is the sync only one way (i.e. from the device to the cloud)?
My DJI GO is v2.9.1

I can not synch my records yet

Have not been able to sync Flight records for over a 2 weeks...   The app does what others have said gets to 99% and fails.   I have android and now the 3.0 ver. of DJI Go..  Had 2.9 and the previous version .... both failed as mentioned a week or more ago.  Previous it synced well .. I had been syncing to my other devices for multiple copies as well as I don't use the tablet I fly with for any other purpose but flying so if I want to show others something I need sync to be working.

I do hope this is resolved soon...I backed up my DJI folder from my flying tablet to my PC in event something fails big and I lose some thing .. hope this is resolved soon.

Not yet. I already use latest version of djo go..   but still can't sync flight record

I getting the same error using a Galaxy Tab S with Android 5.0.2 and the latest DJI GO from play store. Really frustrating

After the last DJI Go upgrade I had repeated failed to sync errors and when it finally did I lost a lot of accumulated flight time/total distance/number of flights data.  Several hours of flight time, over 250K feet of travel distance and a couple of dozen total flights.

DJi Go 3.0 uninstalled and re-installed several times on two devices.
Both WiFi and Data sync attempts.
Symptoms on Samsung Galaxy Tab E running latest Marshmallow updates.
Same symptoms on Nexus P6 running Nougat with latest updates.

Sorry to report the same issue here - started when the Go app was updated to 3.0, reverted to 2.9.1 and still having this problem - guess we just have to wait for a fix to the android app
interesting note - the google play store link on the P3P downloads page is not functional

I will add my report to the same issue.

records are in the cloud but the app don't show it right?

Yeah V3. But strange thing, i see that top speed record and top altitude dated by  21/08/2016 but in the flight list there is no route records later than 02/2016. Strange thing number two. I have only phantom 3 adv, but there is 3 aircraft listed, DJI aicraft, DJI aircraft, and my Pjantom. Last time flew 17/10/2016
