I bought an Osmo mobile with tripod and an estension rod today. My extension rod is not extending all. Only 2 section is extending. ANd rest 2 section is not extending. WHat can I do ?

I am twisting to lock and unlock in sectiıons.But its not opening. I think it might be faulty. I dpnt want to force it much.

It's not very well made, and sometimes you have to use a bit more effort than should be necessary.

Looking down on the tripod: anti-clockwise ="LOCK"; clockwise = "UNLOCK".

It gets better after you've used it a few times.

There is a groove down the side needs to be aligned,it can be very stiff ,I had to give it a shot of WD40 and this helped, it's a bit annoying.

ı have done it at last. It took me some time but at the end I amanged. Yhanks for help
