Hi,
One of my "mathematician" mate name "Don Cross" have designed this quick weblink which is still under development. We need a few people to test it so that it is accurate in finding / locating your aircraft.

Use "whereami" or any GPS locator app to know the Lat and Long of your take off point (Home Point).. note is down. Take off and land at any angle, anywhere where you can probably see it . Imagine it is lost and out of sight. Note down the OSD information from your screen, i.e. Distance and Azimuth angle. Fill all the information in the page and Click "Calculate" . It should provide you with GPS coordinates of the aircraft's last known location.
You can also email me about your findings at info@spreadingwings.com.au
