Can someone give me a telephone number for Support in the UK/EU regarding a warranty repair??  My RMA is CAS-275357-G7S4S9 I have been asked to ship it to the Netherlands but no pick up service details have been provided.. Even though the last Email said i would recievce UPS ticket by end of day YESTERDAY ?

Also do i send the whole thing backboxed with battery and controller or just the drone?

I can't give you a tel. number. But if they do authorized DJI repairs they will have the batteries, controller, etc. needed. I'd just send the drone.

Do a search for the telephone number, may i ask what the issue is ? also you only need to send the AC in not anything else.

Hello simondobbins, the case has been escalated, please wait patiently. Just as Jake and Tech mentioned, if remote and battery are working fine, then there is no need to send them in.

I reported months ago to the same user we are currently talking about ...., and it is still there, I sent you several messages and I can prove it

I wonder what criteria you use with these users, it has been shown that none despite having been reported multiple times

You need a working number to help but you have not received any number mean office is not working for service so You can call expert technician who gives service in your area.
