Stepped away from forum (Due to personal reasons ) .
Revisited with issue .

I am more than pleased....Completely impressed with with the experience .
Seeing how far this company's customer service has grown is truly impressive .

RC Assistant could not communicate with Remote . Could not calibrate joystick endpoints . Not cool for an aerial photography business .
Began resolving issue through DJI Chat . Within 3 minutes I was on the phone with customer service . 5 seconds into the conversation my issue was resolved .
RC Assistant software designed to work on windows 7 . I originally downloaded RC Assistant to 8.1 . Upgraded to 10 .
Software continued to function until Windows 10 feature update .
Purchased Gateway laptop ($100.0) equipped with Windows 7 Home Edition . All is well .
