When I try to live broadcast to youtube my DJİ app. crashes just before starting to stream. WHy is this happening ?

Hi Bener, may I know what mobile device you are using? and how about the mobile system and DJI GO APP version? you tried different mobiles, and had the same case?

Hi Natalia I am using an Iphone 6 plus.DJI Go App.is the latest bersion which I downloaded for my P3P. I am using the same app. for Osmo mobile. I am connected to internet with broadband wi-fi. İt makes encoding and gets a tick.But when it comes to start to broadcast app crashes.

In general setting of go APP. there is enable encoder which is ticked green. What is it that for? ANd what happens if I disable it?

I resolved it Natalia. I disabled hardware encode in my P3P camera view general settings.NOw its possible to broadcast. WHen should I need to enable hardware encoder?

Glad to hear that it's working finally. Sometimes if the image transmission quality is not that good, it's recommended to enable hardware decoding, which can improve the performance.
