For all of you who have posted on this issue; there are multiple causes of the problem; firmware MAY contribute but it is NOT the sole cause. If it were, many more people would have complained. Here is a listing of some of the posts related to this matter.

When my 'repaired aircraft' started giving trouble AGAIN, I chanced on one mechanism that at least one other poster independently discovered: Loose connection.
http://forum.dji.com/thread-65635-1-1.html

See below for a demo where I gently rock the DJIZMX5-02 DJI Zenmuse X5 Vibration Absorbing Board. Notice that on the problematic craft, the signal drops out transiently while on my other aircraft, there is no problem. To the naked eye, there is no issue whatsoever. The cables are fine and were tested by DJI in Shenzhen but I guess they did not do the 'rocking test' which is what an the gimbal - particularly the heavier X5 /R  in wind or maneuvers could encounter.

This failure mechanism might explain why some of you notice the problem on very hot days (when the parts expand differentially enough to cause connector mating to fail).

The normal craft is fine across extensive testing.

I followed the advice of "Mike-the-cat" and decided to see if barely touch when the camera shakes. (http://forum.dji.com/thread-65717-1-3.html)

Really to balance the gimbal caused problems in the transmission of video.

I disassembled the whole plate, cleaned connectors with rubber, removed, cleaned and reconnected the cables and now everything works perfectly.

I do not understand why this problem always happens after an update of FW. It is the second time this happens after updating the app.

Thanks "Mike-the-cat"

I was wrong. Clean the camera connectors solved the problem of TRANSMISSION only when the camera swung, but when you fly the drone video signal today was horrible as before.

But I found another solution and this time, yes, it had everything to do with the software update!

During the flight I remembered that I had read somewhere someone saying that the app was choosing the worst frequency channel (automatic mode). I changed the settings to 'Custom' and choose the channel 17 (which showed the best signal) and done! Every signal fault has disappeared!!! The signal was clean and perfect all the time.

I agree, this is one of the solutions that I found with the HD video was to put this into manual mode and select a strong channel. After this, I have not had any video drops

Cleaning the camera contacts is also, great advice. I use a contact cleaner and electrical enhancer. Check this out below:
DeOxIT D100 Power Booster Metal Electric Connection Cleaner, Enhancer, and Lubricant
FYI  I have used this product for years on all my electronics.  You would be surprised how this will make a difference and long lasting.
DeOxit link

Another one that I use is more expensive!   The product works very well especially for low voltage/poor connection issues. It promotes proper contact and good transmission of voltages and signals.

Stabilant 22 link is an electrically active material which stays resident within a contact-pair

This also solved my image transmission issues. If I ever had the app set to auto it would jump around constantly and cut in and out regarding the signal. Once I changed it to Manual and choose an open channel, all worked perfectly!

I also experience bad signal drop outs on video if I use my android phone for master controller and 9.7 ipad pro for slave. The video drops out on both devices so this is pretty weird... Because if slave is pulling video right from aircraft then why would it matter what device I have on my master controller even if that was having issues. If I don't use my android phone, it all works fine.

This is great news, so far my HD video has been working great as long as I stay in manual mode.

Had some other contributing factors, but HD video manual mode was the biggest thing that made the difference!

Agree. I always fly in Manual mode after selecting a quiet channel.
