Hi everyone

This is going to sound stupid, but can anyone tell me if the LINK Remote hole/button on the Phantom 3 Standard drone always has a GREEN LED illuminated inside it??

I have only noticed this today and cant remember ever seeing it on before....

Is this a new feature? Is there a way of turning it off?

That's really the spy ware, and UHD camera to China hole.
Whenever the green light is activated, you are broadcasting to several DJI networks.  Haha

Having read the manual it seems its totally normal but I have never noticed the LED illuminated before in the 5 months I have owned the drone.

I have never taken the time to look in there, seeing if that green LED is on mine, but that's not to say it isn't there.
Perhaps I'll have to look for it, the next time I turn it on.
Pretty crappy outside, up here today, and kind of cold, so no flying, well unless it's indoors. Haha
Already have www.realflight.com/drone running on the desktop...

Hi user0d6640b385, that means your aircraft is linked to the remote successfully, so that you could control it with the remote.
You could check this tutorial if needed:

Sorry, I just now realized, that you are talking about the Phantom 3 Standard.
Of which I have zero experience, nor do my local forum Phantom comrades.
