The biggest issue thats stopping me from getting this camera setup combo for 2,000 bucks is that people keep saying the Focusing is Terrible!
the videos ive seen online are like. ok but just out of curiostiy "for a proffesionally film maker is this Worth it?
i mean is there a update to help this?

You do not need the focus wheel in order for focus peaking to work. You just have to have it turned on in your camera settings. With that being said, I have the focus wheel, the Osmo pro is really meant to be used with the wheel. The focus wheel combined with focus peaking is wonderful.

Yes, it does. It's designed with Z-axis in mind

focus peaking is only available in IOS now !!!!

Ey1990 is right, I just tested it with IOS.  It can only work in IOS.

We're working on it, some features are on iOS first, because complexity of dealing with the compatibility with a lot of Android devices.

Just dug my iphone out and focus peaking is great. Will do whilst I wait for Android update. In fact iphone DJI go is better in many ways.

Focus peaking doesn't work that well with the osmo x5. Dji needs to make an update for continuous auto focus. Most people don't shoot in low light and they're best bet is to go for the cheaper osmo x3 without the zoom.

It depends on your use. I shoot short movies and I find focusing with the X5 with focus peaking extremely easy. I use focus peaking with the focus wheel. I don't like continuous focusing because there are times where it will focus on the wrong thing.
