I got the phone to balance. I can launch the app fine.

It will start and stabilize for a minute or two then it would go limp. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried to do an Auto calibrate as well, it stops at 40/100 everytime and the gimbal just loses motor.

there is no case on the phone, just the phone by itself. Could someone help me out with this before I return it?

Hello Tridmluu, is your phone black color or not? if so, please try to put a tape over the small window in your Osmo Mobile gimbal, or you could try another mobile device.

I've been trying to return mine and between Best Buy where I bought it and ATT they can't decide who should take it back.  I went to both stores twice last night and still have the phone today.  It's crazy - I might just keep it at this point.
