I have just upgrade my Phantom3 Standard filmware and the singal cannot go over 25m. Anyone have this issue too?
Never happen before i update the filmware. Any way to downgrade it?

anyone that up to 1.6.08 has your issue, search "downgrade firmware" in forum or WAIT, seems there is a beta (1.7)

i updatet to 1.7.8 but havent tryed it out yet as its bad weather here.have read on the net that people who updatet with the beta 1.7.8 has a range over 1.2.km without any extented help.
but you can downgrade from 1.6.8 to 1.5.7.
just download the 1.5.7 to an empty sd card as the only file has to be on the card is the 1.5.7 binfile.then put it in the drone and power it up wait until the backlight turn green.then check the textfile on a pc from the card if it says succes you are baxk on 1.5.7 remember to format the card and put it back in the drone

You will not be able to solve your range problem. Downgrade, upgrade, beta softwares nothing works. Almost half of the p3s owners have this problem and DJI doesn't do anything about that. DJI paladine mode on: check your antenna positions

Thats a bit of a stretch...... Anyway... the OP says the P3S worked fine and the limited range became on issue only after upgrading. Sounds like the P3S worked fine before the upgrade.

Yes range problem starts with 1.6.80 upgrade. Before that it is normal
