I am attempting to upgrade P3P from V01.05.0011 to V01.09.0060.  It has failed three times.  Starts out with gimble flashing red/green but then goes solid RED, not beeping but making constant high pitch sound.  Gimble gets hot.  Log shows:

What should I try now?

Hi WestisBest, have you tried to format the SD card, put bin file into the root of SD card and try again?
Or you could try to upgrade firmware V1.8.8.0 firstly.
If still the same case, please help check upgrading log for us, here is the instruction so that we could get the details:
1. Enable Viewing hidden files in your OS. Below are the websites where you can check how to show the hidden files in your PC. For The Windows System: http://windows.microsoft.com/en- ... den-files=windows-7 For The Mac System: http://ianlunn.co.uk/articles/qu ... mac-os-x-mavericks/
2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.

Could you please try to format the SD card and update again?
