About 12 days after I got my Osmo Mobile, the gimbal started slamming hard right then hard left over and over. I tried resetting it and removing the battery. Finally I chatted with CS about what to do and they determined it needed to come in for repair. I sent it in about 3 days later and I recieved a brand new unit back. THe whole process took 11 days from the time I cantaced CS to the time it was delivered to me. I am very satisfied with both the CS reps who helped me and the repair people. Best of all, I ended up getting a second battery for free, since I din't mail mine back.
