I need some help. I had a Samsung Tab A7 that worked great with my phantom 4. Until it fell and smashed. I replaced the tablet with the identical model and the DJI Go app transferred over. The problem is that the app now wil not recognize my P4. When i open the app, the camera screen only comes up on the Inspire 1 option. It wont come up with my P4. Only the how to connect option. Yet it will recognize it on my samsu g phone app. I would appeciate Any help!!

Hi, since the tablet is on the lower end in terms of hardware spec, my guess is that new DJI Go app is no longer compatible with it.  I suggest you go here and download a historic version and try again.  https://apkpure.com/dji-go/dji.pilot

Have you made sure, however, that the USB is set to MTP and that USB Debugging is enabled? Have you tried a different USB cable?
