Found this video today of a Phantom 2, flying to the top of Seattles Space needle.

Lucky man, but a neat video.

I would agree he's lucky that there weren't worse consequences.

Indeed, though his skills were very good regards takeoff and landing were good, the ethics of the flight were soooo wrong.

And what is the difference between this guy flying up to the space needle and Casey Neistat flying around New York City..... In the case of Casey, he makes no attempt to hide what he is doing or who he is, hell most people in New York know his business address anyway, so why don't they warn him off? Just another knee-jerk reaction, and the Seattle city officials are the jerks.

Think if Casey Neistat gets a warning or fined he will just end up more famous, could do without that !!!
