Hello,
   We recently built our third M600 with the Ronin MX and DJI Focus and we have been having a lot of connectivity issues. We turn the aircraft on, the Ronin MX On, the RC on, the Focus RC and expansion module on. The LEDs on the M600 RC and the focus expansion module both go solid green indicating a successful connection. However when we connect the iPad to the RC, the DJI Go app says Lightbridge 2 and not M600, upon clicking on Camera, it just has a blank DJI app screen with N/a under all telemetry. Several restarts later it works for a moment and then again telemetry disappears and the dji app says Lightbridge 2 and not M600. We have tried multiple iOS devices with different iOS versions, multiple Android devices with different Android versions. Nothing works reliably. Do we have a defective unit?

All the firmware on all the components is updated. The M600, LB2, Ronin MX, Focus Motor, Remote Start-Stop, Focus Remote, Expansion Module and the Remote Controller itself are all updated.

Please help.

We have the same issue, it writes "Ready to fly" in the top, with green background, but N/A at voltage, and 0 GPS, when we try to reboot the app and remote controller, it comes up after a few attempts, so im not sure where the issue is, we have still not installed our followfocus due to we are waiting for the expansion module, so our setup, is pretty simple at the moment.

It is very random in nature and that makes it difficult to narrow down.
