I have done all the things I can to change my avatar, but it won't switch. The instructions also seem badly worded. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the same problem. I put one avatar picture up and have a better picture to replace it but can't change it.

You need to refresh the cache, do a Ctl/F5
