I checked my bank account this morning and found a $38.97 International POS fee in my checking account.  After calling the bank, I found that since I used my VISA debit card to make the on-line purchase, I was subject to a 3% of the transaction amount fee for currency exchange.  So, don't freak out when you happen to see this.  It is not a shipping or extra add on fee to make DJI or the Chinese happy.  It's from VISA.  God bless America and our greedy financial institutions.

I wouldn't worry about it.  I've never had additional fees from Amazon due to an offshore vendor, sure they absorb all that.  This is the first purchase I've every made direct overseas and my fault for not being better informed of various fees of my account.
