Since I updated to DJI Go 3.0.0 (Android) my Flight log does not synchronize anymore. It fails.
I saw that since then it created a new profile called "Phantom 4". My last 2 flights was made after the update and both contains the "new" name.
All my previous log was for "picmov" aircraft.
I did not renamed anything, I just updated my DJI Go.

I got into the DJI catalog with a file manager and saw that the first Flight Log after update was 0 kb :/. I delete that file and DJI Go still failes to sync.

Hi RemusE, have you tried to connect another network to sync?
If still fails, please export flight records manually and upload files to dropbox, then provide us the link, thanks.
You could connect your Android phone to a PC, and find \DJI\dji.pilot\FlightRecord\, then save that on your PC and upload to dropbox.

I've tried to both home network and work network. Same results.

A new flight yesterday, same results. The log is keeping fail to synchronize.

I tried to download the files for several time, it keeps saying data error.
Would you mind trying with another mobile device for your next flight and check whether you can sync flight records?

This one works, and i could sync it successfully manually on the iPad.
Please have a try with another mobile device when flying next time, or please delete the APP, re-install it.
Besides, when you try to sync it, what the percentage it will go? or just stay with 0 then failed after a while?

I've re-installed the map, but no DJI folder was created. Will try to connect to aircraft later and see if I get then a DJI folder. It's a little strange that I cannot get the DJI foldr from the beginning.

I flyied today with the new and and the FlightRecord did not sync either. It goes to 100% then says that it fails.
This is only one of the issues. The other issue is the video glitch in the other thread

Factory reset out manually clear everything dji from the tablet. I had exactly the same and opted for factory reset on the tablet. Phone I've not done yet so still same problem. Issue is the latest app, and maybe dji servers too.

I removed the new app, installed 2.9.1. The sync worked. So the problem is the new app (3.0.0) on my Android phone. It's raining today but I am pretty sure that I would not get any video glitch with the old app.

I added a short movie with the synchronization for version 3.0.0.

Any news about the log sync issue? Or should I wait for 3.0.1 for Android?

Same problem here with DJI Go 3.0.x -- reaches anywhere between 97% and 100% (inclusive) and reports failed.
Android 5.0.2 on HTC One M7.

3.01 out for android now. This bug persists. As mentioned earlier, COMPLETE clean install and it seems to work... ie factory reset of tablet/phone

So 3.01 shows my last flight as being in June. It also shows that I have an inspire as well as a p4, in fact it shows 4 p4s. Tried rolling back dji app but all flight logs since June are... Gone...

For me, problem solved with DJI GO 3.0.1.

Did you update an existing install or uninstall prior version and install 3.01 fresh?

I updated to 3.0.1, the sync it still says Failed but then it shows that everything is in cloud. The log is dispalying now in ft instead of metrics as before.

The same to me with the 3.0.0, but despite the error message, note that appears that is in the clouds, so I opened the APP in my tablet and it was updated
I noticed that I received the error message and did not rise to the clouds, so I tried again to climb into the clouds, , then one momento it appears is in the clouds, even the error message
Even with the error message, do not worry, just watch it will show the cloud icon right
