I'm not going to be at the hotel I was having my order shipped to so I need to change the address; is that possible?
If not I need to cancel my order and make a new one; I can't find a way to change the shipping address or cancel my order on the order page though.
Have any of you got any ideas about this or had any success changing shipping address?

I was just about to cancel my order but realised I didn't know how and i thought I'd ask here first.
You could wait for email that says it's shipped and divert it with ups or whoever it is being shipped with , I have done this a couple of times with UPS.
that's not a bad idea. But given the fact that I only ordered it today, I think I'll just cancel and reorder. Bit frustrating that i have to wait for an email back from them to cancel it though.

Just email online sales, they were able to update my phone information. They should be able to update your address seeing as they haven't shipped them yet.
Mate, they asked me to cancel the order because I paid with Paypal and then they told me to reorder.
However, they have a complete mess with the delivery timelines so its on your own risk if you want to change it, else they might ship it until dec or something
