I am trying to cancel but no link on the website, no answer to emails for 3 days, chat not answering. Tired of the BS of this scam company. Just give me my money back!

I hope the moderators of this forum understand that closing threads in an attempt to squelch criticism will only make it worse. Closing the Mavic Delay thread was a mistake. Instead of containing the negativity to one thread, it will become a vicious cycle of closing threads and having multiple new ones created on the same issue.

I was able to get my refund using the chat. They may have shut it down due to the angers boiling over the shipping fiasco... It's getting more and more comical here at DJI...

While I don't disagree that the launch/hype/release could have been handled far better, and may have been a quick attempt to lock in any traffic that would have (likely regrettably) gone in for the Karma, I don't think we can deny the current complete and utter superiority of the Mavic compared to existing or announced options.  There's a reason they so brazenly shipped it out to reviewers without restrictions...

So yes, it sucks that we won't get it quite as fast as we were led to believe, but cancelling orders just to slink back later and rebuy when the market STILL hasn't caught up serves little purpose.  My prediction is, assuming a reasonable delay (not months), this blip will be forgotten shortly after people have this little beast in their possession and everyone returns to singing praise for DJI once more.  Compared to the world of game development (read: delays and vaporware) or kickstarter promises (also read: vaporware), two weeks is nothing at all...

I myself am still stoked, and hope I get my hands on it in November sometime.

Can't confirm or deny. I know you'll love the product when/if you get it someday, but feel free to cancel. Not saying you should, but you definitely want to consider it.

Just got an email from the Beta test group that it's been cancelled due to shipping delays.....
