Hi,

We have recently installed the lightbridge to our UAV, and are having issues getting dual control. or even getting single control with more than 7 channels

Setup is:
Connected it as described on P20 of the user manual.
Using a Futaba T14 and a Futaba T6
WKM
Zenuse GH4 HD


We seem unable to get more than 7 chanels working, when we have the 6T as gimbal controllor the only chanell that will work is the throtle (either up or down - no smooth movement, acts like a switch). When we connect the 14T we can control the UAV as expected but even in single controllor mode it only allows 7 channels.

Any ideas?

just curios is it 2.4ghz or 5.8ghz

You may need to provide more information on your setup.  What have you done?  How are you determining number of channels.  The information is too sparse to properly help.
But>>> Have you done your RC channel calibrations?
Did you do your channels mappings through the DJI Lightbridge Assistant?
Have you run the Gimbal Assistant software and setup your gimbal?
