Everyone, call your credit card company or paypal and issue a dispute/reverse charges. Because they weren't shipped as promised, the charges will get reversed. I will be doing this tomorrow because the chat does not exist and no one replies to my emails about cancelling. This just reminds me, screw supporting jobs overseas. Who cares how great the drone is. We need to start supporting our own country. I'll admit, I was not aware DJI was based in China until after clicking Buy. Once I read on the forums, I knew I was going to have an issue. These people don't care how soon you get your drone because they're using their reputation to keep you. Bad customer service is bad customer service. And taking payment on a good failing to meet delivery date AND provide an estimated arrival is considered theft. Anyways, that's my rant.
