Updated, I went out for test flight and suddenly I got WiFi interference  while I was about to land with battery 20% warning appear. The video display signal very lag and choppy, can't even control the drone, lucky the drone was not far away from me so manage to land safely. But one thing strange the Return to Home didn't activate, I did not change battery warning limit. I try my second battery, there no issue.

I have noticed the same, the melody has changed.

To update or not to update.....???? This is the question! I have 0200 version till now with no problems at all. I am wondering should i take the risk?

Nope.  I don't think this update affected the batteries.

If you do not have a problem. Do not updated. keep fw.200 because after update. The table will be updated only fw.400-500 which creates problems for those who want to roll back.

Anyone else stuck at 99% its been stuck updating at 99% for like 15-20 minutes.

Yes, my OA, RTH and multiple flight modes settings were reset to the defaults after updating- had to fix that. And the startup beep does sound less pleasing to the ear than it used to- seems to start with the last two notes of the old beep, then play the first three.

Other than these little niggles, the firmwae has been fine for the one time I flew it. (Well, it wobbled a little during hovering again, but I calibrated the IMU cold on a flat surface I checked witht a bubble level to fix that. Still wobbled a little, but the wobble seemed to go away after some time.)

I finally just shut everything off and then turned it back on and apparently the firmware updated because it said it had and I had the latest version, so I guess GO 4 had updated it without showing me it going to 100%

Same thing happened to me on .400, this update went MUCH smoother for me

updated to .500 from .400  ,   shame there is now no route back to .200 even though it had faults,    is there any way of going back,  and is it possible to download the firmware versions?   and go app versions?   mine appears to have crystal clear vid now, better than previous versions,     it is certainly not as rock solid in the hover as .200 or even .400,   only flown short distance so far,  and the video feels really laggy compared to both .200 and .400 ,  did have the mavic crash out during update at 50% on mavic ( usb to assistant 2  1.10.0),   also had a terrible flakey usb connection to the TX ( usb tray icon flickering really bad,  tried 4 other cables just to be sure ) and took a while of faffing around trying both usb ports on tx to get it to finally connect.

please add functionality cancel landing by joystick like fw.200 put up with.

systems like fighter Landing on warship If there is a problem it can solve the problem in time to take-off.

Otherwise mavic pro drones to lower the safety system.

If you disable this function makes it mavic pro disappointed.

Received my Mavic on Wed, finally (due to work) took her out of the box today, charged and upgraded firmware.  After charging and booting up.  Firmware upgrade took 20-25min start to finish.  Hopefully the maiden flight goes smooth and don't end up with a "horror story".

mine got stuck too, I just powered it off and back on and all was good.

My update went smoothly and took about 15 minutes.
Just came back from the test flight: Everything looks OK !

Updated using DJI Assistant 2 (1.1.0).  R/C took 1 minute.  Mavic took 10-11.  Uneventful update & flight (which is good).  Flew & hovered smooth as ever.  Only did a gimbal calibration since they tweaked it.  Horizon is level and seems nominal.

GO 4 update includes tweaks to camera setup menu (they moved AFC on Android) and several additions/changes in the Sensor tab (looks like the vision sensor icon).  Be sure to go through ALL menus, as they've been reset (hope you remember your settings!).  No biggie, really.  It looks like a polished GO 4.

No update for android here in Au

Just updated and tested successfully.  Several settings needed to be reset.  Other than that everything looks ok.

I was recovered, and it has been sent back to DJI. I'm guessing that because it ditched into the sea, DJI's response will be that flight data is not recoverable, warranty denied. Will wait and see.....

Updated DJI Go 4 and firmware using iPhone 7 and all worked without a hitch.  I flew 3 batteries worth over the city on a cold windy day and got some nice footage without any trouble from the Mavic.  It seemed happy to fly all day.

For those of you wondering why your batteries don't seem to update their firmware, I think I understand what's going on.  It is happening right under your nose.  Once your Mavic has received the updated firmware it updates the battery when you turn on the Mavic, quietly and without any notification, OTHER THAN I noticed a difference in the boot up tone between different batteries.  So, after I updated the firmware to 0500 I heard the new, abbreviated boot up tone, but then when I turned on the Mavic with a different battery, I heard the old tone.  When I turned off the Mavic and turned it back on again, I heard the new tone again, indicating the battery had been updated.

Plz bring back the original startup tone of the Mavic in your next firmware updates, this sounds less melodious

If your one of the many like me who has an issue with the horizon not staying level when you turn left or right.  Will  this fix that?

Does anyone have a route or way of getting .200 fw as a download,  and Go3 as an apk,   3 months of being a test pilot  and thats enough, i think if i can lock up the software,  i will keep the machine if not the Mavic is up for sale along with the inspire,  i have one Yuneek and it behaves really well,  and does nothing it shouldnt,  this situation is just ridiculous,  i have had to lock the firmware on my inspire back at 1.9.1.30+  and remove all internet to it,  and cant update any maps or anything else, ( but then as it has "Here" maps now that is no loss either)   i am a flying proffesional and cant have this,  DJI experimenting and playing with software of my work machines is unexceptable,   DJI  Please consider what you are doing very carefully,  many CAA's around the world take a very dim view of pilots flying with loose, amatuer written or faulty firmware,   just after christmas i had a road map for my little business that saw 5 DJI machines in it,   not now,  and especially as i see the new Inspire 2  and the M210 is using toy software as well,  god thats scarey as hell !  ah well,  a return to self build and Pixhawk or Yuneek i guess.

Anyone having trouble auto calibrating the gimbal?  Mine gets stuck at 77% every time, and I have to set the gimbal roll to 2+ just to get it somewhat level.

I've just posted it as a new thread! I even noticed that it takes longer to shutdown sometimes!

Silly question but can we get a new thread for each new firmware?  It just seems dumb to keep having an ongoing thread where someone might get confused reading posts that might apply to old firmwares.

all the problems that im having started when i loaded version 400,the OA sensors seem to be messed up,now i have to have them all turned of before the drone flies normally,i have done all the calibrations you can do but nothing fixes the problem,this drone flew beautifully when i first got it, the only time i can used OA would be indoors as only flies slow with OA on. not going to upgrade again until dji sorts out this problem with a non buggy firmware fix, it must be the firmware because everything was fine on version 300/200.

update failed with code 0x02010003

Same problem, error code 0x02010003 , Happened several times. Updating firmware with remote and drone both on. It gets to about 73%, stalls for a while, then comes up with this error after saying "Update Failed. Collect info to report to DJI Support?" Please help.
