Just look at the order numbers to get an idea of the number of orders.  The order numbers that I see went up by 2 million between the 27th and 28th.  By 10/6 the numbers were up 6 million.  So guessing that something like 200,000 Mavicks were in those 6 million orders is not all that crazy sounding.

Actually ordered it to go with me on a 4 month trip to Nepal and india...Leaving nov 4th. Thanks a lot DJI.

Just spoke with DJI pre-sales - they told me that they don't have an expected delivery date for the Fly More Combos but they are hopeful this will change in the next few days. Also told me that basically they have not shipping any Fly More Combos.  I asked to cancel my order and purchase just the drone but told me I would lose my position in the queue.

I don't think those order numbers are consecutive, at least not the whole number. For example, the first 3 digits relate to the international dialing code for your country. 001 for the US, 044 for UK etc. I expect the rest of the order number is something like the time in Unix.

Big Mac sales perhaps but not DJI orders direct from their online store. That would be something like 1 in every 1000 people across the whole world placing an order with DJI in less than 2 weeks.

I tried to ask question about shipping ETA of my Combo (order placed on Sep 27) on chat but they seems to ignore my question. I spoke with Liu.

I ordered the combo on 9/27 and am in the same boat...the one being ignored by DJI.

If it was truly first order - first shipped, then they would have sent out our drones now and sent a second box (yeah, I know, the crazy cost of sending a second box) with the accessories and such when they sorted that mess out. Very lame. I will NEVER pre-order with DJI ever again...and I'm hoping that GoPro or Yuneec start designing some stuff that makes DJI unnecessary. They take your money with a promise of a 10/15 ship date....then give no info...then give some info - that's relevant only to some people....then ignore the rest of us who plunked down $1300 for their product.

Yeah, I know, "first-world problems"....

I ordered the the combo + care refresh package on the 6th October, God knows when I'm gettin it.

I ordered on 9/27 via B&H so I'm not expecting anything soon.  Perhaps I'll shoot them an email after they get back to work and ask if they know what's up with the Fly More apparently not shipping with the base drone packages.

tinfoil hat - they dont have enough batteries for combos and base drones so the fly mores are waiting for more batteries.

From what I read on the DJI Chinese forum, none of the combo has shipped to Chinese customers either. I ordered mine on oct 7 so I'm patient.

Guess mine will ship in 2017 :/

I dought DJI sold millions of mavics, they might act like a big company but there not on a global scale, I would say the number sold is more like 300 thousand. It might come in a shiny package but it's still just cheap Chinese plastic.

Just to add a bit of speculation to this thread. I think it's the charging hub that is holding up your orders.

On the apple store page, all items have an estimated ship date except the charging hub. This is listed as just "Unavailable"

It really would've been better of them to just ship them later instead of holding everyone's order up.

I would also assume the battery production would also be another bottleneck. As most people would want at least 2-3 additional batteries.

Will be interesting to see if DJI actually lets you guys know the reason for the hold-up.

I ordered the Fly More at 2016-10-04 20:27:16 (UTC).  I'm pretty annoyed that they're just holding my money and not saying anything.  

BestBuy is still claiming that an order today will deliver on 10/31 - That's pretty compelling.  I really don't need the bag or the car charger and can always get the rest of the accessories later.

Thank goodness I paid with PayPal.

I don't think he realized this thread was regarding the combo.

Hopefully they are holding back/building stock of mavics for the combos until the missing piece gets massed produced so they can ship them all out at once. I'm being optimistic though. DJI has our money why should they care.

i ordered my fly more combo on Amazon the seller was DJI Official store. Ordered at 9:03AM PST on announcement day 9/27. No shipping update for me yet! ordered through amazon per request of DJI Twitter account. I am the USA thanks.
