Where is this blue dot you all speak of and how can i get one?

I just got off chat with a DJI customer service rep. She looked up my account. I purchased the mavic bro bundle on November 23rd. She informed me that the system says that my bundle will be shipped on 1.18.

Just posting to give people an idea of when they may expect to get their shipped. Hopefully they are accurate with my 1.18 shipping estimate

Atleast you got some real information and expectation.

So they are giving shipping info to people that order a week ago but 60 days ago they can't tell you if it will get shipped this year FFS

Hi All, I am a heck of a happy camper today.

Order date
October 1st, (In China it was already the 2nd)
Orderd from Canada and shipping to Blaine, Washington State (to PO box)
Mavic Pro fly More Combo plus Osmo mobile.

Wait time was loooong but as of today my drone has been shipped out with Fedex and I have the tracking #, Estimated delivery on Dec. 5th

I asked via chat to break my order and ship the Osmo mobile before hand - no problems !
Then I ordered props and 2 extra batteries with combo charger - it is still pending , but chat lady was nice and told me before hand that charger is back ordered. Again she split the order and now the props and batteries are on the way.

Now, the following is for all complainers and people who are anxious getting their new toy.
Patience is a virtue ! it pays to wait and you will get it sooner or later. And when you get it you will be twice as happy.

Yes I did complain a few times to chat ladies but they have not much power to help you since they do not control the situation. Please be nice with them.

Manufacturing is a tricky thing sometimes, especially when you are racing against the competitors. We all know what happened to GoPro!... Mistakes can and will happen. I know it my self since we have manufacturing in China as well. it is assured that everybody does their best to their abilities and it is important that we give them time to correct their mishaps.

Perhaps DJI did not use the communication strategy as we all wanted but it was the best to their own interest to stick to the plan and not leak anything out till they have figured out all the internal struggles.

We are just overly inpatient and used to get everything right now and right this moment.

DJI Ken - keep up the good work and thank you for the great product !

Hello!

Just wanted to give those who are waiting for the mavic bundle some sort of time line. I recently chatted with a DJI customer service rep online and they looked up my order. She told me that the system says that my fly more combo is estimated to ship on 1.18 - I ordered it on Nov 23rd. Hopefully their estimate is accurate and it doesn't take any longer then that.

UK have been left out !    maybe we arent worth it !  not even a message or anything !   no updates,    No comms,   Nothing !   this is pretty poor when stores and every where else in the world seem to be receiving ? except Aus of course,  maybe we didnt complain enough ?

Guessing they don't have enough wall plug converters to ship to Australia and few other countries that seems to be "missed". Just checked. No update. Ordered Australia 1/10 no combo though.

All well and good to say patience is a virtue when yours has been delivered and you haven't waited as long as me or others like me.  We know the product is good thats why we ordered and payed for it and waited 60 days  with not even a sniff of a shipping date for it.   This BS now after all the other BS is leaving a very sour taste to the whole experience.     

My Oct 8th order from California. Blue dot says it's been shipped, but shipping status says pending. So probably will see a tracking number in 24 hours. Yeah!

Well its a bit obvious that they don't really care about the UK Customers and they are just concentrating on US and Apple Stores.

Dont worry, they may be grouping all the orders for UK

I ordered 10-5, mine was shipped yesterday, tracking says it will be here in KS on 12-5. Fly more combo ordered from DJI.

This is someone from the sales chat -

"yes your Mavic placed on 5th but we do not shipping he order on this day"

Ordered on the 9th mine says shipped but havent gotten any tracking # or whose the carrier!

Woot, Just got the email that my combo order has shipped!

Got tracking number! Well that was fast!!..In fact it left fom UK...Main container or shipment might have arrived there and from there they deliver to europe?

Can't wait to have it!!

They confirmed they are shipping by region. But for now thank aweek now it's all been US and Europe.
