Felt like we saw an improvement for a while, sadly once again DJI seems to have stagnated, I was hopeful to see my order being processed over the WE, I didn't check on Sat./Sun and expected a Monday surprise! and instead got the Monday Blues. This Experience has been so frustrating, im officially over 8 weeks since I placed a direct order, what an absolute shambles this has been, DJI should have had this whole process fixed by now, not just for me but for everyone. DJI has some loyal customers (this thread is all telling), but the lack of communication, transparency and non existent customer service takes even DJI to new heights! At this point DJI should be offering customers compensation in acknowledgement for DJI's poor performance, a small token to acknowledge the frustration that DJI created, vouchers or even a gesture - but as usual - there will be nothing, other than Ken patrolling the forums. |
