it seems the DJI chat is giving out a little more info if you insist now.
Yesterday they told me my order would ship this week. I had them check twice as they kept telling me the usuall 6-8 weeks after Novemember 3rd blabla..

I saw someone else mentionned the chat told them their order would ship in 2 weeks.

Well, I guess we all should know that from Nov 3 ... (6 -8 weeks) means that they have 2 -3 weeks left to clear all that had been ordered before the 3rd Nov. So it is clear that they are saying 2 -3 weeks now.

Ordered the 4th October in the uk and I've finally had the shipper  change to DHL. Hoping for more info soon.

Finally I have a blue dot on shipped! Ordered on October 3rd at 13:51. Shipper also changed to DHL. No tracking/consignment number yet.

I'm line 404 - have me down as Sweden for some reason!? I'm UK

Add mine to the sheet please.

This morning the 4th blue dot appeared for my Combo ordered 2nd October so looks like they may beat their own 2-3 weeks estimate.  No tracking number yet.

For you guys that are wanting to chat with Dji about your order, I have a little tip for you. yesterday I chatted with Dji and I thought for sure that I would just get the usual per-scripted message about if you ordered before Nov 3rd. but she actually gave me a bit of good advice that worked. she said to contact Dji through chat between 6pm PST and 3am PST and that between these times reps in china are live and have access to more information than the ones in the US. so I tried it and they where able to tell me that it should be shipping within the next few days. so if your looking to get information on a better approximation on when your order will ship contact them during that time frame. I ordered mine 10-19-16 and I'm in Texas.

I ordered oct 16th and I'm from Texas too so maybe it'll be on the same shipment. My shipping carrier got changed to FedEx so I'm hoping it's here soon

Well I have been on the chat today regarding my orders for my Mavic

They could not give me any info on my Mavic order whatsoever and are now telling me that my P4 pro + won't be shipped until the 22nd of Dec!!!As when I ordered it on line it clearly stated delivery within 1 to 2 weeks, then 8 days ago I was told it would ship this week now they are saying the 22nd,
I only ordered the P4 because I was lead to believe it would ship quickly as I an going on holiday for 6 weeks on the 20th of Dec....and just to rub salt into it the have taken the payment on the 5th of Dec from my account again leading me to believe that it was about to ship!!!!

And to top it off I've purchased a flight bag at nearly £200 so it could take the P4 with me! On the promise of DJI shipping

In total they have now got over £4K of my money and all they can do in return is treat me like a MUSHROOM.....by keeping me in the dark and feeding me BS!

So it seems if your in the US or Canada your OK as first come first serve don't count there

Wow!!! That's crazy....DJI no sales tax tho....how much was the total bill? We have 10 percent here in California, fly more combo would be extra $$$ if I bought through Apple or Best Buy...hilarious you got one on the shelf after cancelling...Jeez

I am thinking, should we build a new thread specially for people who living in Asia and Australia? because our shipping status still hanging on PENDING status! Someone has told us Australia have to wait until January to receive thier october order and Malaysia definitely no shipping update news! HK still get some stocks arrived but only for preorder at 5th October. I not challenge dji policy but please be fair, do not focus on North America and Europe and forget the Asian people and Australian people!{:4_156:}

There's a big shipment headed for Australia right now. Some Asia orders too. I've seen Oct orders into the 20's being filled for Aus Orders.

What date are you? If you're under 15th of Oct you should be getting yours this week it seems.

Most of the orders I've seen be shipped so far are Fly More Combo's..  Hopefully they allocate some for normal orders.

btw, did you mean November 15th? I doubt anyone had a Mavic on October 15th.

It was definitely October 15th.  I picked it up with him..........hopefully we will receive ours by Christmas.

Believe that's correct shipment on its way to Australia. I cancelled from DJI few days ago after ordered 1st October. Already got my refund. Found a local dealer that expect and with reliable sources that the shipment will be after the 15th when the ship arrives. Get mine around 21th or 22nd if the ship doesn't sink. Wish DJI advised me shipment was on its way. But at least supporting local business and "lost" the $18 reward point from DJI. And at least don't need to send to DJI if an issue. They deal with it here.

Now that the dust has settled with my orders, I can say categorically that ordering DJI direct was the slowest way to get the Mavic. I ordered combo from DJI on 9/28 23:32 UTC, I ordered from Apple on 10/3. I then ordered a third from Best Buy on 10/25. The Apple order came first on 11/14. The DJI order arrived 11/21. The Best Buy order arrived 12/7. I have friends that ordered from Apple in late November that got theirs today. I also ordered a Phantom 4 Pro on the day of launch within the first 30 minutes. It said shipping in 5-7 days upon payment confirmation. Three weeks later, it was still pending. I have since cancelled that order. I ordered several extra batteries from DJI on 11/22. It said shipping in 5-7 business days. It finally shipped today 11/08. DJI really needs to get their channel management strategy sorted out. It is a mess and it is not helping their reputation with customers or dealers. I have a friend that ordered from B and H on launch day. He is still waiting... Meanwhile Apple orders from last week are being delivered.

First I saw the shipping company , one hour later the 4th blue dot, and 24hours later I received the email with tracking.
