that's the same notice I got two days ago,  and this morning I got conformation of shipping and tracking,   its on its way,  you can start to smile,   

so Im one of does person that slept on it and now I'm stuck trying to figure out where should I get it from I need it before thanksgiving I live in Los Angeles California. apple is not and option there pick up in store Is not until  December 14 and Best Buy dont even have the place the order button it just say coming soon.

I ordered mine off ebay just a few days ago and got a tracking number does this mean its on its way?

Sounds like you got a piece of paper saying that you ordered one, and when the seller gets theirs, maybe they will actually get it and send it to you. Probably they closed the account that was associated with the eBay account, and you will only get $375 back with the eBay buyer protection. I get ripped of that way for a printer. I hope that the eBay account is well established and has a very high feedback score.
