Your website says that you can stream directly to Facebook Live from the DJI GO app.

However I am unable to find any option to start a Facebook Live.

I purchased this product based on what your website advertised. For your information, here in Canada there are very strict laws against false advertising in order to protect consumers from buying products that can't do what they say they should do.

Is it because Im not looking in the right place in the DJI GO app to start a Facebook Live, or is it because you have falsely advertised on your website what your product can do? If this is the case, please immediately remove your false advertising from your website. And if you have in fact falsely advertised what your product can do I will be requesting a full refund.

Please let me know so that I can decide how to proceed.
