Hey, I just have a question regarding the shipping dates of products. i bought the dji osmo mobile with the base From the dji store JUST BECAUSE IT said 0 TO 1 shipping days , why would they lie , that is my question .
my payment was confirmed the second i payed, shipment is pending , the 1 day delivery date has already passed, no tracking number issued , no information whatsoever to know or see the process clearly. IS THERE A WAY TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND?
The only reason i ordered from DJI website and not other websites is because of the shipping info they had written for the dji osmo mobile.
