I sent DJI an email today this was the response i got back:

Hi Sir/Madam,

That stinks of complete customer service failure. What happens if that person doesn't come back? Case just gets dropped? Nothing more than a stalling tactic or someone that quite simply can't be bothered.

DJI have made it clear they don't care about what their customers think.

Yeah it feels more and more like a Nigerian scam to be honest. Takes my money for over a month. Does not meet shipment date they tell no one for days. They lie about first come first serve and they don't provide an estimated ship date. I should get this guy onto them. Such a joke.

Cancelled my order for now. Will wait for few more reviews and suggestions and make up my mind again.

what is the first four digits of all of your orders ? so it will be easy see when some one posts shipping ..

Congrats dude.
A little annoyed that only the flymore are being shipped. I ordered three days before you but without the flymore.
Everyday that goes by dji seems to screw it up even more.

We estimate that your order will be shipped within 5 working days.

Overnight, my Fly More Combo order went blue for the  "4 Shipped" status indicator above the order details.

I had an Osmo accessories order that did that earlier last week and the DHL tracking number showed up about 24 hours after that change. From the change to delivery was about 4 working days so I'm thinking I may see mine delivered to Brisbane around Wednesday/Thursday this coming week.

I placed my order for Fly More bundle on 24th of Oct through an authorised dealer in NSW........He told me my order is part of first pre-ordered lot he is receiving. Haven't heard anything yet, hopefully soon before I go for holidays overseas !!!

Such a joke. Still no standard mavics being shipped to Australia. This is the last time i pre order from DJI. I knew i should have went with apple.

Good to see Australian orders shipping finally. If you have one on the way or not perhaps update the spreadsheet at http://forum.dji.com/thread-67375-1-1.html   Right now it is only showing a single unit shipped this way. Mine 4/10 is still in the NDI when it will appear category.

Did you have any extra batteries etc in your order or just the standard bird?

I ordered on the 4th also but added an extra battery to mine. Wonder when that'll ship..

I ordered the Fly more combo and a reverse micro USB cable on 4th of October
Drone combo was shipped today, should have it Friday/Monday
Have to wait for the USB cable

So it looks as though only the fly more combo has  shipped to Australia, has anyone had their standard package shipped yet?

It does feel like a Nigerian scam.
No timelines, no updates, nothing.

And now with all the issues comming out of uncontrollable drones its even making more scary.
Even if you have the Care plan, if something happen with your drone, probably they wont give you one back in at least a month, to be honest I am starting to regret my purchase.

Sighs, my "Wait more combo unless you are a famous youtuber"  still pending to be sent. Order on the 28th. That is beyond disappointing.

I just spoke with DJI online. They said that my order will be shipping this month. November sometime but could not tell me a better date.
