I'm not sure if anyone else has repeated this (or if there's been an update since) as I'm short on time and haven't gotten through most of this thread.
There is a way to export all photos/videos at once from the Library using most of TheodoreRex's advice above. I will copy/paste his instructions and then add the other steps:
Unfortunately as of right now, you still have to go through the device to export without going through the editor.

There is no save option on Android. What's up with that?

I was able to copy the files and then delete them fairly easy

This method worked for me

First I use the method described by Thor which is

Connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer,
Launch iTunes
Select your iPhone under “Devices” on the left. If it’s not there, unplug/replug your iPhone/iPad.
Select Apps from the top menu
Scroll down; under File Sharing, Find DJI Go and select it
Find the two folders "HD300 Storage"  and "Video Cache"

THEN, (once I made sure files were stored in my computer)

I opened the DJI Go app
Went to the ME tab
Entered the SETTINGS
Entered CLEAR CACHE
and clear both the photo CACHE and the video CACHE

Then I double checked in iTunes and the space was freed

Thanks for the video however if you do the same save using the "HG Storage" instead,  you'll get your Jpeg's and video files. only video are in the Video Cashe folder

Guys seems you have to try 'Sync for DJI' app (now it is only for iOS)
This app allows you download recorded images and videos just by few taps. As for me after flying I open 'Sync for DJI' app, choose images and then tap on download button. After that you even can minimize the app. And it will download in background.

Just got my Osmo Mobile 2. Shot my first video, WITH audio. So I'm like cool, let me send that to a client. Click "share". It forces me to add music. Okay, no problem, I'll choose "no music". The saved file now doesn't have the ORIGINAL audio either. There is no Save button on Android. The "select & share" also leads to the music editing window.

Superbly annoying.

Hola. Tengo un problema con osmo mobile + iPhone 8 Plus, usando la aplicación dji Go. Los videos están en formato .mov, cuando los descargo a la P.C. aparecen corruptos y no se pueden editar. Ayuda

What about the extension? My files are all .rec!
