Just purchased the OSMO mobile edition and no matter what it won't "see" my camera as mounted in the holder.  Everything else seems fine.  The bluetooth light is on showing connection and the power button is green.  The instructions are of little help.  

Any suggestions?

Weirdly, it has a phone sensor which doesn't seem to 'sense' 'many phones. Try covering the little sensor behind where the phone sits with something.

Just disable phone detection.

Please try the methods as mentioned, besides, the phone detection option is only available for android devices.
