I try check videos and pictures through the app and show me just video but pictures file empty

If you connect your PC to aircraft, you could get both videos and pictures, right?
Have you tried another mobile device?

I've just had the same issue. Haven't used or touched the drone in about 4 weeks, and the issue never existed before now. I've lost all confidence with this drone now, im about to leave for holiday and I can't even use this. Ariel camera that doesn't record, playback or download.

Good evening. Please anyone tell me what is happening on here.

I can view photos and videos taken on my drone via SD Card on my imac no issues.

Only happens when I try to preview the photos/videos  taken on my drone.

Model: Mavic Pro 1 / FW 1.04.500
Mobile: iPhone XSMax
App: DJI Go4 4.3.38
