Any movement on any orders? Mine still says pre-order. Ordered Oct 1

There will be no movement for Bestbuy until Closer to Thanksgiving which is when will people will start seeing their orders get shipped. All that can be done is to wait unfortunately.

I ordered Sept 28th and nothing has moved at all.  I'm not expecting it to be here any time before December at this rate.  Very aggravating when people who have ordered after us from other places already have their products.  Especially going through a gigantic store, I figured DJI would take care of a company that buys thousands and thousands of their products every year to re-sell, rather than a few people here and there ordered directly.  Not saying those people should get bottom priority by any means, but it would be nice if at least a few units went to Best Buy and other retailers.

Same here ordered on Sept 28th from Best Buy Canada; at the time the promised shipping date was 2 weeks after the DJI release date. Now it got pushed back to Nov 23. Not sure why some other retailers like Amazon and Newegg have shipped a few but Best Buy hasn't moved any.

At least you got told the 23rd! Mine is scheduled for the 30th.  Not going to get my hopes up it will be here by then either.

Looks like best buy has the drones but won't release them until the 30th

There is no rush.  I was inquiring about their inventory.

They lied to you. I checked the warehouse inventory and they don't have them yet

I ordered directly through dji on 9/29 almost midnight but payment process on 9/30. Getting my drone this Friday.

What warehouse inventory? Online inventory is unable to be seen by store employees, as all that is seen are other stores.

It's what I thought too. Now it's just up to DJI to make the number of units to fulfill BestBuy's bulk order and actually send it to bestbuy so they can be sent to us.

I and many others pre-ordered from Best Buy in September and still yet to see any news about shipment arriving.

For the current deliver by date on Nov 30th, they'd have to show some sort of update in the next 2 weeks I'd think

Don't think they have received anything from DJI yet.

I noticed on the BB Canada website they show how many they have left for Nov 23rd release date. It was at 11 earlier today and now at 7. This is new so possibly they actually know how many are on the way and they are selling to that number?

so you run to buy it..and on 22 nov they will email you "oh sorry , your mavic is delayed cause dji do not ship to them"

I have a feeling Best Buy will pull another date change at the end of this month.

Maybe Dec 30th or Jan 15th.

Best Buy will be shipping as promised.........DJI will not miss the holiday shopping season.  

Plus the P4 Pro will be comimg out on Tuesday, which will take all the attention away from the MAVIC........

The Mavic will soon to be old news with everyone jumping on the new Release this Tuesday.
I can see a NEW PHANTOM 4 PRO that breaks down like the MAVIC with 360 degree OA system plus a 360 degree camera.

So did anyone have an update from Best Buy yet?  Seems Apple in the US has started shipping, along with some B&H orders.  Are we just left in the dark again?  Already had one promised by date broken, I know it isn't Best Buy's fault, but I find it hard to believe that they have had 0 Mavics show up to them, I know for a fact there are way more Best Buy's around my area than Apple stores.  (I know that is not the case on the global scale) You would think they would at least be taking care of Best Buy along with Apple and B and H.

Best Buy has now changed from "preorder" to "Coming Soon" on there web site. My order status still says delivery by Nov 30th

I have not heard any thing from best buy on my order.  I have a delivery date of NOV 29th.  

Some guy working in Best Buy warehouse probably been stealing the handful of Mavic that arrives and keeping for himself.

I posted the following to the Best Buy community, hoping someone from the BB site admin side can respond. 13 days away from delivery, they should know with certainty at this point whether or not they can fulfill their "deliver by" date. With the DJI Mavic Pro drone "Deliver By" date in my Best Buy orders page stating November 30th, it is almost certain that Best Buy's distribution center would know at this point in time (13 days away) whether or not they will receive the product from DJI to ship to their customers by this date. Best Buy originally stated to Mavic preorder customers that the deliver by date was October 31st, but just a few days before October 31st, the "Deliver by" date got moved back to November 30th. This was poorly handled by Best Buy in my opinon because they had to know prior to October 27th that the date was getting pushed back.

At this point, we are 13 days away from the Deliver By date. There is no way Best Buy management does not know whether or not DJI will be able to deliver the drone to Best Buy for shipment to Best Buy customer's preorders. Can someone from the Best Buy support team clarify whether or not this will get moved back yet again? I don't mind another delay, as that is out of the control of Best Buy, but I do mind a delay being communicated by Best Buy to their customers just days before expected delivery (as this is what occurred in October).

DJI cannot be telling Best Buy, one of the largest electronic retailers in the USA, that they aren't sure if they will be able to deliver the drones 13 days out of the delivery date. In otherwords, I do not believe that Best Buy management does not know for sure, as some sort of communication between DJI and Best Buy has to have occurred by now. I am almost 100% certain Best Buy distrubution management should know whether or not they will get stock for preorder delivery. It is uncomprehensible to perceive that Best Buy support/distribution mangement is not sure whether or not we will get deliver only 13 days out of ETA.

Please, Best Buy support, provide transparency and communication - Will the November 30th deliver by date be fulfilled? Delays on this item is out of the control of Best Buy, but what is in control is your communication.

I just walked into the Apple Store in Lawrence, NJ and there were two mavics just sitting on the shelf. I only bought one so just wanted to let anyone know who might be in the area.
