Hello guys,

I have a new lightbridge system (my second). I have not used it, except for tests in my workshop.  When I plug the LB into my computer nothing happens.  When I plug in my old lightbridge, I use the same usb cable (and I have tried others too) and it works. The problem is not the cable. I also tried this in a different computer with the same results.

Is there any way to reset / reboot the lightbridge, for example a hidden button, that might make this unit work properly?  

Btw, apparently the only problem is the USB interface. Everything else with the ground unit seems to be working.

Hi, please try another USB cable and contact to support@dji.com for repair if it doesn't work either.
